RFP Services

             Our patented RFP process (… O.K., it’s not patented… but it probably should be) facilitates the entire sales process for the benefit of both our clients and our Alliance Partners.  Trelios DMG acts as a business consultant for all parties, identifying the real needs and budget limitations of our clients and aligning these with the best combination of products and services offered by our Alliance Partners.  In those cases where our client is another Alliance Partner, we facilitate the business development process accelerating sales and stimulating corporate growth.  We thrive on collaborative relationships and everything we do supports strong, value added relationships creating a rich network of alliances for all our partners.  Call us to find out more about our (unpatented) RFP process and learn how you can join our Alliance Partner Program.

 

Project Management & Oversight Services

We often work with our Alliance Partners on our client’s projects.  Our Alliance Partners are free to work with other Alliance Partners as they wish without participation from Trelios DMG.  When we do participate in projects, primary responsibility for project management is born by the Alliance Partner for their portion of any project.  Overall Project Management is outsourced to a lead Alliance Partner.  Trelios DMG provides project oversight and maintains executive level client services with our clients on all their projects when we are an active participant in those projects.  In those cases, we act as an executive producer, providing senior level input on major issues that impact a project.   Our overriding goal is to deliver the most complete, easy to implement and cost effective solutions in the marketplace that best meets the needs and budget of our client.  In cases where this requires integration between technologies or services Trelios, DMG working with lead Alliance Partners, will make the initial determination to approve any integration work.  Alliance Partners bear the responsibility for completing integrations on time and on budget.  Once an integrated solution has been tried and tested, Trelios DMG will promote that solution in the marketplace to the benefit of all our Alliance Partners.

Creative alliances between interactive agencies and video/film producers are established with the intention of creating ongoing business relationships leading to repeat business between these partners.  This requires that a level of trust and reliability be established giving all parties the confidence to create expanded business development efforts together.  Alliance Partners can limit the scope of their participation in the early stages of partner relationship building until they have established the level of confidence necessary to promote the relationship in the marketplace.  Trelios DMG always looks to our Alliance Partners to determine for themselves the level of confidence required to proceed with another partner or project.

All our Alliance Partners share our vision to bring together the expertise and technical applications necessary to create next generation interactive media solutions, bridging both the online and broadcast industries in a business enviornment that promotes collaboration and business development.

Strategic Partnership Services

Strategic alliances provide an extensive network of technologies offering a wide range of applications and services including: interactive media systems, interactive applications, technical support services and content production, including both web development and video/film production.  This network of products and services is driven through our Alliance Partner Program.  We act as a project broker, bringing talented people and companies together on a project basis.  The Trelios Alliance Partnership Program acts as a business opportunity network for our Alliance Partners.  We enhance this network with a number of services designed to identify synergies, bringing potential partner companies together in an accelerated business process leading to rapid business development for our Alliance Partners.We have created a set of communication services to support our business development efforts with our Alliance Partners.  In addition to our RFP services and our management and executive oversight services, we provide the following services that promote the development of partner relationships and integrated solutions.

Alliance Partner Communication Services include:

  • Direct Introductions

Business introductions to prospects and Alliance Partners.  These are made by Trelios DMG executives on a project basis.

  • Managed Introductions

We will work with you as an Alliance Partner to define your partnership needs, identify other potential Alliance Partners who may bring enhanced value to your own product and service offerings, and make introductions based on your strengths and your needs.  We are currently developing a beta program to enhance these services for you.  If you would like to participate in this beta program please contact us for more information. 

  • Executive Retreats

Our retreats are special events for small groups of executives representing companies that have been predetermined to have strong affiliate attraction and synergistic technologies or business models.  These one or two day events are held at hotels or resorts where we facilitate working sessions to introduce executives to each other and explore potential value of various added propositions.  Our executive retreats are designed to accelerate the process of building value added relationships and include just enough partying to make sure everybody gets to know each other well enough to move forward in their business dealings following the retreat.

  • Web Presence/Links

This is our way to promote our Alliance Partners on our web site.  Our site lists our alliance partners with a custom written description and a matrix listing their services along with those of our other Alliance Partners.  Links to partner sites are also provided.  This service is currently in development.

  • Confidential Product and Price Library

 Our library of products and service descriptions and pricing information.  Alliance Partners who have established an agent relationship with Trelios DMG are asked to provide detailed product and pricing so that Trelios DMG executives have the detailed information necessary to broker deals.  Pricing information is not revealed without permission and not until the appropriate time in the sales process.  Trade secrets are always protected by non-disclosure agreements between partners and with our clients when necessary.

  • Knowledge Bank

 Our resource of articles and information about the evolving world of digital media.  Our Knowledge Bank is open to our Alliance Partners and our clients.  We invite digital media professionals working with our Alliance Partners to use and contribute to our Knowledge Bank.  We accept all subject matter in digital media in both technology and in the arts.  This service is currently in beta mode.  If you would like to contribute articles, whitepapers or other valuable information in any format, please contact us for more information.  Contributions to the knowledge Bank provides you with a great way to extend your branding and establish your own reputation as a subject matter expert.

  • Opportunity Bank

 Our list of projects and RFP’s under review and development.  Our Opportunity Bank is not directly open to our Alliance Partners.  We make these opportunities available to particular partners based on the alignment between our clients’ needs and the solutions offered by our Alliance Partners.  We are currently developing a business strategy supported with an online application to offer online services that enhance our Opportunity Bank.  Watch for further development.

  •  Trelios DMG Conference and Trade Network

Our extended set of relationships in the industry.  Our business network reaches out to industry conferences that are looking for panelists and speakers.  We strive to keep our alliance partners connected and actively involved in the industry.  If you are looking for opportunities to participate on panels or make formal presentations at trade shows and conferences please let us know and we will work with you to help you grow your reputation and your business.  We are currently developing a beta program to enhance these services.  Please contact us to learn how you can participate.

  • Trelios DMG Alliance Conference

Our own digital media conference.  We figure if anyone can do this well we should.  We are making plans to hold our first conference as soon as possible.  We plan on making this an annual event for our Alliance Partners, clients and interested prospects.  While we cannot reveal specific details the planning process so far includes beer and a swimming pool.  You will have to bring your own suit).  In addition to swimming pool activities, we also plan to host a series of panels and product presentations by our Alliance Partners.

  • Business Development Consulting

Our business consulting services on business development initiatives.  Our specialty is partner relationships.  We work closely with our Alliance Partners to ensure they work well with the system and processes we have in place for business development with our clients and our other partners.  Most of our business development services are free to our Alliance Partners but we do offer advanced consulting services for partners who desire to learn how to better work with other companies and provide more productive business development initiatives within their own organization.  Please contact us for more information.

White Labeled Services

Trelios DMG does not directly offer white labeled services.  We will remain in the background if a client company requests us to do so.  Because we work with multiple Alliance Partners we prefer to remain upfront with the end client about our relationships.  If you are an agency or a production company, we would encourage you to join our Alliance Partnership Program so that we can all play by the same collaborative rules, respecting existing relationships, commitments and proprietary information.  Trelios DMG specializes in building collaborative relationships.  We pride ourselves in not stepping over relationships in the unbridled pursuit of business opportunities.  Our Alliance Partners agree to abide by our Rules of Collaboration as well.
